Michael Caschette RN, Bsn, Mba

Michael Caschette, RN, BSN, MBA, began his nursing career at Jackson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Miami, FL, graduating in 1995. He soon joined Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL, where he worked in the Emergency Department for nearly six years. Michael then moved to Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children in Honolulu, HI, serving as Nurse Manager of Emergency Services. After returning to South Florida in 2002, he held nursing leadership roles at two different hospitals before becoming the Director of Emergency Services at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in 2009. Michael earned his MBA from Florida International University's Chapman Graduate School of Business in 2014. In 2016, he took on the role of Administrative Director at Nicklaus Children's Hospital, overseeing the Emergency Department, Trauma, and Life Flight.

In 2019, Michael shifted from hospital settings to pursue concierge business ventures in IV hydration and clinical testing during the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, he and his business partner, Lisa Marie, developed a passion for integrating their expertise in pediatric emergency care with concierge medicine. After several years of planning, they founded Kids 1st Care. With nearly 25 years dedicated to transforming pediatric emergency and urgent care, Michael is thrilled to embark on this new journey.
