Designed with your convenience and comfort in mind, our professional medical providers travel across the greater Orlando area. We travel to: Orlando, Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, Celebration, Davenport, Bay Lake, Doctor Phillips, Golden Oak, Sand Lake, Reunion, Champions Gate, Windermere, Winter Garden, and surrounding areas. Additionally, we provide care at area resorts, theme parks, hotels, vacation rentals, and private residences.

Meet Our Team
Our co-founders, Lisa Marie Ray, PA-C, MSPAS, and Michael Caschette, RN, BSN, MBA, created Kids 1st Urgent Care to transform pediatric healthcare in their community. With backgrounds in pediatric emergency care, they saw the need for compassionate, in-home medical services. They envisioned and built a team to deliver expert care in a familiar, stress-free environment.

Born in Savannah, Georgia, Lisa Marie began her career as a physician assistant in 2005, dedicating over a decade to pediatric care at a children’s hospital. Her journey in medicine started in emergency care in North Florida, and in 2013, she moved to Miami to join a renowned team at Niklaus Children's Hospital. Over the years, Lisa Marie has built her expertise across the Emergency Department, Pediatric Surgery and Trauma, and Urgent Care Centers, consistently providing skilled and compassionate care.
Now residing in Coral Gables with her two special needs daughters, Lisa Marie brings a unique understanding of the importance of compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each child’s needs. Her personal experiences further fuel her commitment to pediatric healthcare, inspiring her to deliver exceptional service to families in her community.
With a career defined by dedication, skill, and empathy, Lisa Marie Ray continues to positively impact children and families, embodying the highest standards of professionalism and compassion in pediatric medicine.

Michael began his nursing career at Jackson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Miami, FL, graduating in 1995. He spent nearly six years in the Emergency Department at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL, before becoming Nurse Manager of Emergency Services at Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children in Honolulu, HI. After returning to South Florida in 2002, Michael held various leadership positions, eventually becoming the Director of Emergency Services at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in 2009. He later earned his MBA from Florida International University’s Chapman Graduate School of Business in 2014 and went on to serve as Administrative Director at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, overseeing the Emergency Department, Trauma, and Life Flight.
In 2019, Michael transitioned from hospital settings to concierge healthcare, launching ventures in IV hydration and clinical testing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alongside his business partner, Lisa Marie, he discovered a shared passion for merging pediatric emergency expertise with concierge medicine. After years of planning, they co-founded Kids 1st Care, where Michael is excited to bring his nearly 25 years of experience in pediatric emergency and urgent care to a new approach in children’s health.

Dr. Timothy Huber began his medical career in 1989 as a pharmacist in Pennsylvania. While continuing his work as a pharmacist, he pursued medical school at Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, FL. After completing his Emergency Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL, Dr. Huber has been a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician in South Florida for over 15 years. He is known for his calm demeanor and patient-centered approach to care. Outside of work, Dr. Huber enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and weightlifting. As the leader of our team, he is dedicated to ensuring the highest level of care at Kids 1st Urgent Care and oversees all clinical pathways. Dr. Huber is excited to lead our efforts in providing innovative , personalized, and compassionate urgent pediatric care at home.
