Yes! Kids 1st Urgent Care can see your child wherever they are—whether at a hotel, resort, rental property, airport, school, or another convenient location within our service area. Our team is dedicated to providing flexible, on-site care when and where you need it most.

We have an all-inclusive pricing system that covers both evaluations and treatments. Our Simple Evaluation starts at $200 and includes a full evaluation and personalized treatment plan. More advanced evaluations include additional interventions. Specialty intervention add-ons are also available for specific needs like respiratory testing, laceration closure and more. Kids 1st Urgent Care operates on a private-pay basis and does not currently accept insurance. However, we can provide a detailed invoice for your child’s care upon request. You may submit this invoice to your insurance company for potential reimbursement or to apply towards your deductible.

When you call, you’ll speak with an experienced pediatric triage nurse who will gather information about your child’s symptoms, medical history, and current condition. If our services are appropriate for your child’s needs, a provider will be dispatched to your home, typically within an hour. You’ll receive an estimated arrival time and updates if there are any delays.

We offer a variety of diagnostic tests, including Flu, COVID, RSV, Strep, Urine Dip, Glucose POC, and a comprehensive Respiratory Pathogen Panel. Tests can be added to any evaluation or purchased as standalone services.

Yes, our providers are equipped to handle mild to moderate allergic reactions with antihistamines and corticosteroids. For severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), we carry emergency epinephrine but strongly recommend that children with life-threatening symptoms go to the nearest emergency room.

Yes, we’re open late, seven days a week, to provide after-hours pediatric care.

No, Kids 1st Urgent Care does not offer telehealth services. Our providers are dedicated to delivering in-person evaluations in the comfort of your home, ensuring a thorough, hands-on approach to your child’s care. We are committed to providing a concierge-level experience, offering personalized, compassionate care right where you need it most.

Kids 1st Urgent Care specializes in providing in-home urgent care for children with minor illnesses and injuries. While we do not offer emergency services, our providers are trained to assess your child’s condition thoroughly. If it is determined that a higher level of care is needed, we will promptly guide you to the most appropriate emergency department to ensure your child receives the necessary treatment.
